Traditional e-commerce platforms often overwhelm users with endless product listings, leading to decision fatigue and suboptimal shopping experiences. Moda AI addresses this by offering a conversational shopping platform that guides users from vague ideas to specific products through dynamic interactions.
I led the UX/UI design for multiple features, including ShopGPT, a conversational shopping assistant that helps users refine their search naturally, and StyleChat, a full-page interactive shopping experience. To further integrate AI-driven discovery, I designed a dual-search functionality, allowing users to combine traditional keyword search with AI-powered product recommendations.
Beyond product design, I also led the website redesign, crafting a user-centric experience that effectively communicates Moda AI's value proposition. I established a cohesive branding system, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints and reinforcing Moda AI’s positioning in the AI-driven e-commerce space.
